Found in an antique motor home belonging to Col. E.B.Moore, this 46 year old, extremely rare magazine is a treasure not to be missed. In brand new condition, the size is 11" X 8.5" with 98 pages. Within are pictures and articles about Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, 29 Palms, and three foldout maps each with a street index. There are articles and pictures about Joshua Tree National Monument (before it became Joshua Tree National Park), the Marine Base, Real Estate, Wm.(Bill) Keys, Little League, Art Miller, Hi-Desert Memorial Hospital, Yucca Valley Sheriff’s Rangers (with cowboy hats and black ribbon ties), Queen and Princesses of Turtle Days and much more. $25.00

1953 Col. E. B. Moore Mining Map

This map looks great framed. If you travel off road in this area you could have it laminated for safety. Geographical area includes San Bernardino County mountain ranges to the Colorado River with detail of Joshua Tree and the Joshua Tree National Park. Mines are named and numbered.
